Living with constant pain is exhausting

Transformational Pain Reprocessing Program - let go of pain.

Do you have ongoing pain with no clear evidence of injury?

Have you seen doctors, physios or specialists, yet the pain keeps returning?

Do you feel exhausted, frustrated, or stuck in a constant cycle of symptoms with no real relief?

Even after the body has healed, the brain can remain in “pain mode”, continuing to send signals long after they’re no longer needed.

This is where real change becomes possible.

Using evidence-based neuroscience, this program guides your brain and nervous system to relearn safety and reduce unnecessary pain signals.

Through practical, step-by-step techniques, many people begin to experience less fear, less intensity of symptoms, and a renewed sense of trust in their body.

neuroscience has revealed something powerful.

Many forms of chronic pain are not caused solely by physical injury.
Instead, the brain can learn pain pathways.

These pathways can continue sending pain signals even after the body has healed.

The good news?

If pain can be learned… it can also unlearned.

Binz Speedy - Creator of the Pain Reprocessing Therapy Program, a 15 Day in Depth Program to Breaking the Cycle of Chronic Pain.

Drawing on over 15 years of specialised practice as a Musculoskeletal and Neuromuscular Therapist, Binz Speedy is the visionary behind this innovative online Pain Reprocessing Program.

This groundbreaking program distils evidence-informed insights, tools, and techniques that support real, lasting change in breaking the cycle of chronic pain.

My own incredible transformation, along with in-depth pain education is what this program is designed to help you experience too - so that others don’t have to walk that path alone.

My story with chronic pain began in 1996, after a devastating motorbike accident that left me with life-threatening injuries and months of intense recovery. What followed were years of persistent pain, deep fatigue, and physical limitations.

Just when I believed I had learned how to live with it, another traumatic accident in 2023 while skiing resulted in multiple fractures and repeated surgeries. Once again, I was forced to face the reality of ongoing chronic pain and the fear that it might never truly end.

Refusing to accept that this was my future, I became determined to understand what was really happening inside my body. That search led me deep into the emerging science of Pain Reprocessing Therapy and neuroplasticity and what I discovered changed everything.

I learned that many chronic pain conditions are not always driven by ongoing physical damage, but by learned neural pathways in the brain - pathways that can be retrained.

When I began applying these principles in my own life, my relationship with pain started to shift dramatically. Slowly, powerfully, things began to change.

You don’t have to live trapped in pain! Let’s work together to begin breaking the cycle of chronic pain together and turn your pain-free dreams into a lived reality.

What The Program Covers

Understanding Chronic Pain

Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) is designed specifically to treat "non-structural" pain.

Learn why your chronic pain develops and persists helping you make sense of your symptoms without blame or fear.

The Mind–Body Connection

Discover how your thoughts, emotions, and nervous system interact and influence your pain experience.

Rewiring the Brain

Use gentle pain-safety learning techniques and guided exercises to reduce the pain–fear cycle and restore a sense of safety.

Practical Pain-Reducing Tools

Build a simple, step-by-step approach to knowing when and how to use techniques that support your relief and regulation.

Recognizing Emotional and Behavioural Patterns

Identify psychological factors, habits, and coping strategies that may be reinforcing pain or anxiety, with compassion and curiosity.

Self-Compassion and Long-Term Support

Develop self-kindness, confidence, and a personal toolkit to maintain progress and navigate setbacks.

backed by Research

PRT is regarded as one of the most effective evidence‑based psychological treatments for chronic pain.
A landmark 2021 study showed that 66% of patients were pain-free or nearly pain-free after completing Pain Reprocessing Therapy, dramatically outperforming placebo and standard care.

In July 2025, the same research team published five‑year follow‑up results. More than half of the people who received PRT were still nearly or completely pain‑free five years later, continuing to do better than both the placebo and usual care groups.

living With Constant Pain Is Exhausting

Transformational Pain Reprocessing Program - let go of pain.

Do you have ongoing pain with no clear evidence of injury?

Do you suffer from back, knee, or neck pain, fibromyalgia, migraines, arthritis, or any other condition that causes chronic discomfort?

Have you searched far and wide for answers only to find yourself disappointed and in constant ongoing pain?
Pain demands constant attention, interrupting sleep, concentration, and emotional balance, leaving little room for rest or recovery.

This discouraging cycle can be as damaging to your quality of life as the pain itself and hope can quietly erode.

If you’re tired of running into roadblocks, it might be time for a new approach. By tapping into the strength and adaptability of your brain, you can finally begin to break free from pain.

THIS IS WHERE REAL CHANGE BECOMES POSSIBLE

At the heart of this groundbreaking program you’ll discover how pain really works, why fear amplifies it, and how reshaping the brain’s response can create the conditions for genuine, lasting relief.

Why This Approach Works

Transformational Pain Reprocessing Program - let go of pain.

For many years chronic pain was believed to be caused only by physical damage in the body.  While this is sometimes true, modern neuroscience has shown that persistent pain conditions are influenced by Neuroplasticity, the brain’s ability to change and adapt.

When we experience an injury, the brain sends pain signals to alert us to potential danger and encourage us to protect the body while it heals.  But sometimes, even after tissues have recovered, the brain can continue sending those same signals. This can happen when the nervous system has become overly sensitive to danger signals, often influenced by factors such as stress, fear of pain, past injuries, or emotional experiences.

In these cases, the pain is very real but it is being generated by learned neural pathways rather than ongoing physical damage. The encouraging news is that the brain is capable of rewiring these pathways. This is the foundation of Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), a science-based approach that helps people retrain their brain’s response to pain by reducing fear signals and calming the nervous system.

Through these techniques many people begin to experience meaningful changes in how their body responds to pain.  This program introduces the core principles of this approach in a simple, clear, step-by-step format.

So how can this program help you with pain?

This program is designed to target the root cause of your symptoms rather than just simply helping you cope with your pain. It focuses on retraining your nervous system and changing the learned pain and stress responses that have developed over time. By combining science based evidence, practical daily tools and exercises you will learn to create lasting change

Through a structured and supportive approach, this program focuses on retraining your nervous system and gently rewiring the learned pain, stress, and protective responses that have developed over time.

These responses are often automatic and unconscious, but — they can be changed.

Frequently asked questions

  • Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) is research-backed psychological treatment that works by helping the brain respond differently to pain signals.  Unlike traditional therapies focusing on pain management, PRT aims for pain elimination. Through targeted techniques, the brain learns to reinterpret safe body sensations thereby reducing or eliminating pain.

  • Yes. Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) is based on the understanding that chronic, non-structural pain is often caused by the brain misinterpreting safe bodily sensations as dangerous. Techniques such as somatic tracking, mindfulness, and emotional processing help retrain the brain, reduce fear around sensations, and decrease pain sensitivity over time which can lead to a significant reduction or elimination of pain.

  • Everyone’s timeline is different. Results depend on factors such as the nature and intensity of your pain. By actively participating in the program and applying the daily techniques you will find meaningful relief and better understanding of your pain and effectiveness.  Each small shift builds on the last. With consistent engagement, these changes can add up to lasting improvement - and skills you can use for a lifetime.

  • PRT is designed to help people living with persistent or chronic pain that is not being caused by ongoing tissue damage, injury, or structural problems in the body. It is most effective for back and neck pain, fibromyalgia, migraines and tension headaches, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and unexplained widespread muscle or nerve pain.

  • Yes. Even when pain has a physical or medical cause, PRT can still play a powerful supportive role. While it doesn’t aim to remove structural pain, PRT helps calm the nervous system and reduce the extra pain created by fear, stress, and constant vigilance around symptoms. Many people find that as the brain and body feel safer, pain becomes less intense, less overwhelming, and easier to live with. When used alongside appropriate medical care, these mind-body skills can bring meaningful relief, greater resilience, and a renewed sense of hope and confidence in your body.

  • Chronic pelvic or bladder pain, muscular or joint pain, repetitive strain injury, tennis or golfers elbow, back pain, neck pain, chronic headaches and migraines, chronic jaw and fascia pain, irritable bowel syndrome, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome and many eczema and skin conditions, depression, anxiety.
